In case you are wondering why Polish Ensaymada when in fact it is an all time Philippine favorite pastry. Well for the reason that I am here in Poland and it is my first attempt to make an ensaymada after many thinking and considerations. So i have the guts to bake for one.
Here is it...join me with the making of my ensaymada.

First, gather all the ingredients. Knead for some minutes as in knead. It's a great hand exercise too.
Form like a ball and let it rest for about 2 hours in an oiled bowl.
After two hours. It should rise two times bigger.
as always.....SMACZNEGO! (polish word which means 'enjoy your meal or bon appetite)
